We are confidentially searching for the next Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a valued client. The CEO will be a dynamic, mission-driven leader who will guide this small healthcare organization into its next chapter. As CEO, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the commitment to excellence, driving innovation, and ensuring the success of the clinical, operational, and financial initiatives.
About The Role
As CEO, you will report directly to the Board of Directors and have full responsibility for the overall operations and strategic direction of the organization. This includes overseeing departments such as marketing, finance, human resources, clinical programs, and quality assurance — ensuring exceptional service delivery and organizational integrity.
This is an opportunity to lead a respected healthcare organization with a strong community presence.
This position is full time with the option of part time. This position is located in our clinics with some options for remote work.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership in line with the organization’s mission and goals
• Ensure financial viability and oversee all fiscal activities
• Lead and support executive leadership
• Oversee strategic marketing and public relations initiatives
• Maintain compliance with all legal, industry, and licensing standards
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and values-driven workplace
• Represent the organization within the community and build key external partnerships
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to shape the organization's future direction
• Continuously assess and adapt to market trends, patient needs, and healthcare innovations
  
  

What We’re Looking For Compensation & Benefits

• Education: Ph.D., MBA, or equivalent leadership experience in healthcare
• Experience: 10+ years in healthcare administration with progressive leadership responsibilities
• Skills & Competencies:
• Proven financial and operational management expertise
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to implement and manage change
• Familiarity with healthcare accreditation and compliance standards
• Passion for community wellness and team development
  
  

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 / year
Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision, 401k with a company match, 3 weeks PTO, 8 paid holidays
