Founding AI Engineer

· Build and scale production AI agents and workflows from 0 → 1.

· Architect large-scale backend systems using Python and TypeScript.

· Ship high-impact features quickly, with an ownership mindset.

· Leverage AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Cloud Code) for faster delivery.

· Collaborate closely with founders to shape product and technical direction.

What We’re Looking For:

· 8 years of software engineering experience, with shipped large-scale LLM/agent systems.

· Background as a founder, founding engineer, or early engineer at a Seed–Series B startup.

· Some large-tech experience working on complex, scalable systems.

· Strong grasp of Python , TypeScript , infrastructure, and LLM/agent system design.

· Clear communication on technical trade-offs and strong product intuition.

· “Builder” DNA — hackathon wins, notable open-source projects, or personal builds.

Nice to Have:

· Top-tier academic background in CS or AI research.

What We’re Not Looking For

· Researchers or AI scientists without production engineering experience — this is a fullstack/backend role first and foremost.
