A Seed Funded startup who are building an AI workforce to automate insurance workflows and unlock unprecedented efficiencies across the industry are looking for a Software Engineer to join their team.

What will I be doing?

Build the core AI Assistant product that automates complex insurance workflows like submission processing, policy comparison, and underwriting audits
Develop high-performant backend systems that can handle enterprise-scale insurance operations
Spearhead scalability efforts and optimize performance to meet growing demand
Own a significant part of our backend stack while working directly with the founding team
Continuously improve the product to meet evolving industry needs and challenges
Shape the future of insurance technology by building AI agents that can reliably automate human tasks

What are we looking for?

3+ years of experience building products from 0 to 1 stage
Strong experience developing high-performant backend systems in Python
Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing
Previous experience at a B2B SaaS company (bonus, not required)
