Overview
The Director of Program Management - IT will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs across the organization. This role is responsible for aligning IT initiatives with strategic business goals, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful outcomes across multiple projects and portfolios.
Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of multiple IT programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain robust project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Implement and refine PMO processes, tools, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
• Provide regular updates and dashboards to stakeholders on program status and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in program delivery and team collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in global business transformation, process management, or IT/business program leadership.
• Proven track record of global deployment in large-scale digital or ERP programs.
• Strong understanding of the core business processes : Agency operations and Finance in the advertising or media industry context.
• Experience working in matrixed, global organizations with cross-functional teams.
