Now Hiring: Corporate M&A Attorney – Partnership Track | Hybrid or Remote

Are you a corporate attorney seeking a role that offers both sophisticated deal work and a better work/life balance?

We’re partnering with a top-tier firm offering:

  • Hybrid or fully remote work model
  • 1750 billable hour target (vs. the traditional 2000+)
  • Clear partnership track
  • High-level M&A transactions, including:
  • - Drafting and negotiating stock and asset purchase agreements
  • - Drafting and negotiating financing agreements and other transaction documents
  • - Supporting due diligence and closings

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 4+ years of experience in law firm corporate M&A
  • A strong background in transactional work and deal execution
