Role Overview
We are hiring an AI Solutions Architect to design and implement AI-powered solutions for our clients. You will work closely with technical and business teams to ensure our platform integrates seamlessly into client workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AI solutions based on client requirements.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to define solution architectures.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with client teams.
- Provide integration guidance and oversee proof-of-concept implementations.
- Ensure smooth deployment and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a client-facing technical role (Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, Customer-Facing Data Scientist, or similar).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML systems and data pipelines.
- Excellent English communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Ability to work across US/Canada time zones.
Preferred but not required:
- Familiarity with DataRobot or similar AI platforms.
- Background in demo engineering or enterprise AI platform integration.
