What You Can Expect
Zoom is seeking a visionary and results driven Global Head of Growth Marketing to lead the transformation and centralization of our global growth engine. This executive leader will be responsible for building and scaling an integrated growth plan that drives alignment across regions, accelerates customer acquisition, and fuels expansion. The role indirectly encompasses media, performance, brand, digital acquisition, and marketing ops. It directly encompasses field marketing and strategic programs that build pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and fuel customer expansion.
Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing interface to Online/SMB and Enterprise Sales leaders, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and revenue goals.
  • Lead integrated marketing strategy and execution, ensuring alignment of global priorities with regional execution to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Oversee the strategy and execution of events and trade shows worldwide, ensuring strong sales integration and ROI.
  • Lead and optimize regional marketing teams across all geographies, ensuring consistent execution quality and maximizing program ROI.
  • Partner closely with the Brand Strategy & Activation team and Media function (includes performance and brand media, led by the Media Lead) to ensure cohesive brand and growth strategies.
  • Maintain dotted-line relationships with Marketing Operations and Online Marketing teams, aligning on performance metrics, attribution, and demand strategies.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales & Marketing teams to ensure global and regional priorities are aligned.
  • Focus on strategic growth initiatives that drive global and regional growth outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 15+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with proven success leading enterprise-scale demand generation and regional marketing organizations
  • Track record of building and scaling high-performance integrated marketing engines that deliver predictable pipeline and revenue growth
  • Deep expertise in modern marketing operations, funnel optimization, and multi-touch attribution analytics
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing global teams, with strong understanding of regional marketing nuances and requirements
  • Highly analytical, data-driven mindset with consistent history of ROI-focused decision-making
  • Outstanding cross-functional leadership abilities and track record of successful collaboration across sales, product, and marketing organizations

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
$319,000
Maximum
$340,000
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
