About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Director with extensive experience in customer relationship management. This pivotal role focuses on driving growth through outbound sales strategies, networking, and closing high-value contracts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the BPO industry, specifically in CRM solutions, and a deep understanding of global market dynamics. Reporting to the Global Sales Director, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence in the US region.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our CRM BPO services, leveraging outbound sales to generate leads, engage prospects, and close deals.
- New Account Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the US, focusing on enterprise accounts within the BPO and CRM sectors.
- High-Value Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contracts valued at over USD 1 million annually, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maximum value delivery.
- Revenue & Profit Growth: Drive revenue growth and profitability through targeted sales strategies and strong client relationships.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, using insights to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and timely deal closures.
- Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in target enterprises for long-term partnerships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to optimize the sales process and deliver tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of outbound sales experience with a successful track record in the BPO and CRM platforms, especially in managing enterprise accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Extensive experience in new business development, enterprise account management, and driving revenue growth in the US market.
- Strong focus on achieving and exceeding revenue and profit targets, with a proven ability to close high-value deals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Deep understanding of the BPO and CRM landscapes, with a strong network of industry contacts in the US.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior decision-makers.
