Mission
Support the firm’s capital raising and investor relations efforts by driving exacting execution across
meetings, events, and outreach. This role is central to how we engage with global investors—and
will suit someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has sharp attention to detail, is analytical,
self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
What You’ll Do
·Plan and execute all investor events—from intimate private dinners to our in-person Annual Meeting (~300 attendees) and premier technology conference (~1,200 attendees).
·Prepare detailed investor briefings, manage invitations, distribute materials, and keep the team aligned.
·Coordinate multi-city roadshows, investor meetings, and VIP agendas with precision.
·Respond promptly and professionally to email traffic from prospective LPs, placement agents, and external partners.
·Manage placement agents and fundraising partners—scheduling across time zones and maintaining strong, proactive relationships.
·Maintain and update our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and thorough tracking of every LP interaction.
·Handle operational tasks such as data room access, meeting scheduling, and presentation logistics.
·Leverage AI tools to streamline the creation of bios, briefing materials, and internal workflows.
·Demonstrate a global mindset—understanding cultural nuance, regional protocols, and investor expectations across geographies.
What We Look For
·Bachelor’s degree in any discipline—your drive matters more than your major.
·0–3 years’ experience—banking, consulting, startups, admin, or standout graduate work all valued.
·Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional polish.
·A high standard of work ethic: detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable.
·Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enthusiasm to learn CRM and AI tools.
·Eagerness to grow within a high-performance, collaborative team.
