Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional expertise in Oracle Applications, focusing on the projects and fixed asset modules, including configurations, enhancements, upgrades, and support.
  • Lead and coordinate the PPM functional elements of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions, serving as the key contact for the PPM workstream.
  • Act as a thought leader for Oracle ERP Cloud in the PPM domain, ensuring best practices and top-notch solutions.
  • Oversee application troubleshooting in collaboration with end users and internal teams, maintaining excellent customer service to resolve issues within SLAs.
  • Proactively suggest solutions for issues or enhancements related to Oracle Projects processing and reporting.
  • Document business requirements, design enhancement solutions, and supervise testing prior to production migration.
  • Initiate innovative solutions and follow through on identified issues.
  • Implement enhancements for reporting quality.
  • Collaborate with end users throughout requirements, design, testing, and implementation processes.

Qualifications for Success:

Minimum requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work/military experience.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS R12 & Oracle Cloud, particularly with the Projects Accounting module.
  • Proven experience in deploying and supporting Oracle ERP Cloud PPM modules across full lifecycle programs.
  • Strong background in configuring Oracle ERP Cloud, especially PPM modules, along with experience in OTBI or similar reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with working in SOX compliant environments and managing project demand pipelines.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project accounting, general ledger, and subledger accounting.
  • Basic technical skills with knowledge of SQL, tables, and connections between them.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate issues and solutions effectively.
  • Understanding of the interdependencies of Oracle modules integrated with projects.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
