Leverage your people skills and system administrator expertise to support the Intelligence Community by implementing and maintaining systems that deploy cybersecurity solutions. Ensure the infrastructure's functionality and availability, monitor performance, identify issues, and suggest improvements in a mission-critical network environment. Communicate metrics effectively to team members and clients. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience with mission-critical networks. We emphasize team growth, sharing techniques, resolving challenges, and developing new methodologies together. Join us to help improve national security through daily problem-solving. Qualifications
You Have: 15+ years of experience as a System Administrator 10+ years of experience with AWS and Kubernetes container orchestration Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems, including command-line administration and troubleshooting Experience providing technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, VoIP phones, and mobile devices TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor's degree or 20+ years of experience in System Administration in lieu of a degree
Clearance: Applicants must undergo a security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Compensation varies by geographic market, ranging from $115,143.26 to $165,143.26 annually, based on experience and location.
