This is a full-time on-site role for a Managing Director located in Seattle, WA. The Managing Director will oversee all aspects of company operations, including developing business strategies, setting performance goals, and leading organizational growth initiatives. Responsibilities include managing financial performance, establishing policies that promote company culture and vision, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Managing Director will also forge relationships with key stakeholders and clients, while driving both internal and external communication strategies.

• Strong strategic planning and business development skills
• Proven experience in operations management and financial oversight
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive organizational growth and implement performance goals
• Experience with Custom Application Development and IT Services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
