Location: Singapore
Hours: 8:45 AM 5:45 PM (5-day work week)
Salary: S$ 9,800 12,000/month | Annual: S$ 117,600 144,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, acquire, and grow clients in APAC (new & existing).
• Drive Sales Growth , manage CRM pipeline , and ensure budget targets.
• Lead APAC Business Development teams .
• Collaborate with global teams to maximize opportunities.
• Maintain Client Relationships , balancing innovation with commercial needs.
• Analyze Market Competition and develop strategies.
• Negotiate contracts with legal support.
• Represent company at Trade Events/ Conferences .

Requirements:

• Proven Business Development/ Sales experience in High-tech/ Waste Management (battery, e-waste recycling, etc.).
• Willingness to travel within APAC .
