The Trust and Safety group is responsible for protecting Apple services, customers, and developers from fraud and abuse. In this role, you will be tasked with building next-generation web UI for our customer facing portals, internal services, and Trust & Safety platform tools. Key Qualifications
3+ years of previous experience working as a senior level front end developer. Complete autonomy developing web applications from scratch. Strong fundamental knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Typescript. Experience with front-end frameworks like Svelte (preferred), Vue, React, or similar frameworks. Experience with front-end frameworks like Node.js. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Description
We are looking for a skilled engineer to build a world-class user experience to help us rapidly combat fraudsters and abusers. You will use the latest web technologies to lead the development of the Web UI/UX of various customer facing portals and internal services. You will own most of the front-end implementation, and learn about fraud engineering and big data. Join us in our mission to protect our customers and services. Education & Experience
BS in Math, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Additional Requirements
Experience with Git-based continuous deployment workflows. Experience with automated testing of web UIs. Familiarity with Java/Scala back-ends. Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $130,000 and $242,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
