The Opportunity Our company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated B2B SaaS Sales Manager to lead a team of approximately 8 Account Executives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful sales teams. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the successful execution of the company's sales strategy. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives, as well as manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team. Day to Day

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Apple Device Management and Security market. Manage and motivate a team of 8 Account Executives, providing coaching and guidance on sales techniques, account list management, and deal management. Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on sales strategy and execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth. Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales metrics, including pipeline management, conversion rates, and forecasting. Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform sales strategy and tactics. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful sales teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Knowledge of sales methodologies and tools, including CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and pipeline management processes. Experience working with enterprise-level customers and selling complex solutions. Ability to work in-office in San Francisco at least 3 days per week. (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday) We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, commission, and benefits.
