You are a passionate and versatile manager of project managers and work for the success of your entire team. Key Qualifications

Experience leading a team — able to provide guidance, direction and supervise the day-to-day function of a team of project managers Proven track record in large-scale product or content project management; strong knowledge of project management fundamentals, managing features, schedule, and priorities Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization—from informal drop-ins to formal announcements Strong technical proficiency, ideally in development and deployment of developer education content and tools Self-motivated and dedicated, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking, and exceptional attention to detail Deep dedication to integrity, ability to work with uncertainty and manage conflict Description

As the manager of the Developer Publications project management team, your role includes: Overseeing all aspects of project management for the teams assigned Assigning resources to support software engineering and partner's highest priorities Examining the definition of major engineering and content efforts, including schedules and dependencies Leading the definition of process to drive adoption of new tools and workflows Providing a structure for regular status updates to leadership and contributing teams Planning for deployments and partnering with internal teams for product adoption Building and maintaining strong relationships in support of cross-functional work with multiple organizations Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree (technical or organizational), or equivalent industry experience. Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $157,000 and $276,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
