We are looking for an innovative Head of Marketing to lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy that leverages both digital and traditional channels. This key leadership position calls for a visionary who can develop and manage high-performing teams across diverse marketing functions such as digital marketing, brand management, CRM, and local marketing initiatives.
The Head of Marketing will be tasked with optimizing marketing budgets to maximize ROI, staying updated on market trends, and aligning marketing efforts with the company's growth and expansion objectives. Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, particularly in leadership roles within B2C service-oriented industries. Experience in home services, franchising, multi-location retail, or consumer services is highly desirable. A deep understanding of digital marketing strategies—including SEM, SEO, paid social media, display advertising, content creation, and analytics—is essential, along with a strong analytical mindset and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required, and an MBA is preferred. The Head of Marketing will report on key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate and implement marketing technology tools, ensuring the marketing function is a vital contributor to the company's growth and go-to-market strategy.
