Supervising the nursing care, treatment, and services provided during your shift.
Ensuring all patient care activities are performed to the highest standards.
Assigning appropriate nursing personnel to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications:
Current RN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
BLS certification and ACLS certification within your first year.
CRRN certification obtained within a year of meeting eligibility.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
Minimum of two years of experience in an inpatient hospital setting within the last five years.
Previous experience in a leadership role such as charge nurse or lead capacity.
