SAP EWM Consultant

As part of our growing team, the SAP EWM Consultant will play a critical role in advising and guiding clients through SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) projects. This individual will take technical ownership of various projects, facilitating customer workshops, and mentoring junior professionals. You will contribute to the seamless implementation and optimization of SAP EWM solutions, ensuring our client in Florida’s healthcare sector achieves operational efficiency and improved member satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Consultation & Advisory: Advise clients on SAP EWM projects, offering tailored solutions to address their unique business requirements. Implementation & Optimization: Take ownership of project implementations, optimizations, and version upgrades within SAP EWM. Customization & Development: Assist in the development of custom extensions for SAP EWM to meet client needs and business goals. Workshops & Presentations: Facilitate customer workshops and deliver presentations to ensure clarity and alignment on SAP EWM solutions. Mentorship: Mentor junior consultants, offering guidance, sharing knowledge, and ensuring continuous professional development. Project Ownership: Lead technical projects and provide guidance during consultations and meetings with clients. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with new SAP EWM advancements and technologies, continuously enhancing technical and interpersonal skills. Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience working with SAP EWM in a consulting or implementation capacity. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience with SAP EWM, including configuration, implementation, and optimization. Consulting Skills: Proven ability to provide tailored solutions and act as a technical advisor to clients. Project Management: Strong project management skills, including overseeing implementations, upgrades, and optimizations. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions, workshops, and presentations. Mentorship: Previous experience mentoring or guiding junior professionals in a consulting role. Preferred Qualifications Industry Experience: Experience working in the healthcare or insurance industry, particularly within claims administration, is preferred. Certifications: SAP EWM certifications or related SAP qualifications are a plus. Technical Skills: Experience with other SAP modules or integrations related to logistics and warehouse management. Certifications SAP Certification in EWM or relevant certifications in SAP logistics modules preferred. Project Management Certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are a plus.
