Position Overview

As a Night Shift MRI Tech, you will perform high-quality MRI scans on a variety of patients while ensuring safety, comfort, and accuracy. Your role is essential in supporting timely and precise diagnoses by radiologists and physicians. ??

Key Responsibilities

Perform MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and department protocols Ensure patient safety and comfort, including proper screening and positioning Operate MRI equipment and troubleshoot minor technical issues Use electronic systems including

Epic ,

PACS , and

Powerscribe

to document and manage patient data Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and support staff to ensure high imaging quality and workflow efficiency Adhere to safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines ??

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited MRI Technology program ARRT (MRI)

or

ARMRIT certification

required BLS certification (AHA)

required Strong understanding of MRI safety and scanning protocols Experience with

Epic ,

PACS , and

Powerscribe

highly preferred Ability to work independently and manage overnight responsibilities with professionalism ??
