We are seeking a highly motivated

Sr Software QA Analyst

to help ensure the overall system integrity and performance of our software products. This role involves designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test scenarios across distributed environments, validating integrations between components, and working closely with DevOps, development, and QA teams. You will play a vital role in identifying system-level issues before release and ensuring our solutions operate reliably under real-world conditions. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in system testing, strong knowledge of software and infrastructure integration, and the ability to drive quality improvements through collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans to validate system-level functionality, performance, and integration points. Work closely with DevOps, infrastructure, and development teams to support CI/CD testing workflows. Design test scenarios that reflect real-world end-to-end usage across environments. Validate deployment procedures and configuration settings in multiple environments. Perform root cause analysis and isolate defects involving cross-system dependencies. Monitor system health and behavior during and after test cycles to assess stability. Document issues with clarity for both technical and business audiences. Participate in sprint planning and defect triage to ensure test coverage of key integration features. Contribute to test environment setup and automation of system-level test suites.

Requirements

Have 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including system/integration testing. Familiarity with system-level architecture, APIs, and microservices. Skilled in creating and executing test plans across multiple platforms and configurations. Able to troubleshoot complex issues involving multiple systems or services. Understanding of test environments, CI pipelines, and release processes. Experience with Linux/Windows server environments and virtualization tools. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams. Bonus: Experience with performance/load testing or system observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog etc.).

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Automation Tools : Robot Framework, Cypress, Selenium, REST Assured

CI/CD & DevOps : Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions

Bug Tracking Tools : Jira, GitHub Issues

Infrastructure & Virtualization : Docker, VMware, Kubernetes

Monitoring Tools : Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, ELK stack
