What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Collaborate with product managers, team members, customers, and other engineering teams to address complex challenges - Execute a strategic software development plan for IaaS, focusing on security, performance, and efficiency - Ensure the quality, usability, and performance of software solutions - Share best practices and improve processes within and across teams - Provide operational support and fulfill on-call responsibilities
What is Required (Qualifications): - Strong background in software engineering and system architecture - 8+ years of PaaS and IaaS software development experience - 5+ years specializing in system design and implementation - Proficiency in Kubernetes and experience with virtual machine provisioning frameworks - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - 8+ years of professional experience in developing customer-facing applications using React or other UI frameworks - Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Crossplane - Knowledge of security best practices for secure configurations and data protection - Relevant cloud and container certifications - Experience in leading cross-functional technical teams
