Risk Engineering is a multidisciplinary team of quantitative experts responsible for modeling, producing, reviewing, and communicating risk and capital metrics to ensure adherence to the firm’s Risk Appetite and appropriate risk capital levels. They provide critical risk and capital analytics to senior management, regulators, and stakeholders. Role Responsibilities A&R delivers essential regulatory and risk metrics and analytics across various risk domains through regular reporting, customized analysis, and risk tools. Responsibilities A&R builds scalable workflows and processes to produce risk analytics, ensuring data quality, timeliness, and completeness, based on a deep understanding of the firm’s business and client activities. Qualifications, Skills & Aptitude Candidates should have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, be entrepreneurial, creative, self-motivated, and team-oriented. Excellent communication skills are essential. Experience with Python and SQL for data analysis and ETL operations is required; knowledge of R, Java, C++ is a plus. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Alteryx is preferred. A working knowledge of financial markets, risk, and quantitative methods is also important. 1-3 years of relevant experience is desirable. Seniority level
