Leading provider of commercial aviation services Positive work environment and respectful treatment Opportunities across more than 200 locations worldwide Competitive pay scale Job Description: Wheelchair Supervisor Supervise daily wheelchair service operations Schedule attendants across airport terminals Ensure safety protocols in wheelchair handling and passenger assistance Train and mentor staff Handle operational challenges and passenger complaints Coordinate with airport authorities and airline staff Conduct performance reviews Recruitment and training in collaboration with HR Maintain customer service and safety standards Additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Physical Activity/Working Conditions: Lift up to 70 pounds Prolonged standing and walking Push, pull, bend, stretch, squat Exposure to noise, respond to alarms, repetitive motions Visual abilities include near, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment Flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays are required due to 24/7 airline operations.
