Telemetry Specialist

Responsible for monitoring multiple patients simultaneously, communicate changes using calm and succinct communication strategies, and facilitate removal of telemetry when orders expire. Key Responsibilities: Observe ECG monitors for abnormal heart rhythms and communicate findings to healthcare team Interpret cardiac rhythms, identifying life-threatening conditions Collaborate with healthcare team to develop effective treatment plans Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Preferred EKG or related healthcare experience Skills: Typing and computer skills, good interpersonal communication Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS within 90 days of hire, successful completion of required telemetry interpretation courses within 90 days of hire Additional Information Success in this role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
