Organization/System Programs: Drive evidence-based change to achieve quality and fiscal outcomes. Evaluate and implement products and patient care processes using an evidence-based approach.
Leadership/Member of a Profession: Build relationships with management, staff, and healthcare team members. Participate in professional organizations and advance nursing practice through publications and presentations.
