We have a clinical ladder program that offers up to $5,000 for a Medical Laboratory Scientist and up to $4,000 for a Medical Lab Technician. Job Summary
Perform tests on blood and body fluids to determine the presence or absence of disease, monitor response to treatment, and aid in health maintenance. Provide guidance and oversight to other testing personnel with lesser credentials. Responsible for troubleshooting and addressing instrument issues and recognizing the need for service. Use critical thinking and clinical knowledge to assess questionable results and correlate with clinical information to determine accuracy. Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you must: Have a Bachelor's Degree or higher, obtained within 90 days OR a High School Diploma or equivalent AND grandfathered status under CLIA Regulations. Preferred: Completion of a medical technology program. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about laboratory medicine and want to make a difference in patient care.
