Healthy Planet Application Analyst
The role of the Healthy Planet Application Analyst is pivotal in supporting the optimal functioning of the Healthy Planet application at a leading healthcare provider. Key Responsibilities: Guiding workflow design to ensure seamless integration with connected software systems. Building, testing, and troubleshooting systems to guarantee high performance. Analyzing technical issues associated with Epic and other connected software, providing expert solutions. Serving as primary support contact for the Healthy Planet applications, establishing trust and effective relationships with stakeholders. Adapting to changing end-user business needs by demonstrating flexibility and a strong work ethic. Essential Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or license/certification in a clinical specialty. Relevant experience in Epic modules such as Healthy Planet and population health management. Prior certification, experience, or proficiency in one or more Epic modules, particularly Healthy Planet, is highly desirable. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to seek out additional assignments or tasks and help others when needed. Preferred Candidate Profile: Strong understanding of population health management, care management, and value-based care, including knowledge of HEDIS measures and ambulatory care management workflows. Ability to communicate effectively with project leadership and subject matter experts, fostering trust and collaboration.
