Uline, Inc. is seeking a dedicated IT Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications.
Job Duties:
Conduct comprehensive testing including functional, system, integration, regression, API, and workflow testing.
Initiate, plan, and execute QA activities for application and system implementation projects.
Develop, maintain, and execute test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
Document and evaluate test results, track defects, and collaborate with development and business teams to troubleshoot issues.
Create test schedules, environmental configurations, and resource estimates for testing activities.
Utilize Postman for efficient API testing and write SQL scripts to validate software application outputs.
Build testing frameworks aligning with Agile Scrum methodologies.
Establish traceability of requirements through test plans and cases.
Provide live functionality demonstrations to business teams for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Monitor and communicate the QA status to the leadership team.
Identify candidates for test automation and maintain automated tests.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
5 years of progressive quality assurance experience, including integration, system, functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Experience in developing test strategies and maintaining QA metrics and KPIs.
Proficiency in API testing with Postman and SQL coding.
Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
