We are currently seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Diamond Neighborhood Family Health Center. This is a fully integrated clinic offering a broad range of medical and mental health services, providing a unique opportunity to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. Location

Provide counseling to patients Complete documentation accurately and timely Conduct initial assessments and ongoing care Develop individualized care plans Address co-occurring disorders Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members Coordinate with case managers and support staff Connect patients to internal/external resources Perform additional duties as assigned Minimum Requirements
Active, in-good-standing registration with the State of California as an LCSW, LPCC, or Clinical Psychologist Work Environment
Our outpatient services are designed for patients with mild to moderate acuity. You will be supported by a team of therapists, case managers, and medical professionals. We foster an inclusive community focused on teamwork and continuous learning, including a structured orientation and a Buddy Program for new hires. Our Heritage

Base salary: $100,000 - $125,987, with consideration of experience and internal equity. We value pay transparency and offer a comprehensive benefits package. Final salary offers are determined based on various factors, including skills, education, and experience.
