Join us at The Oregon Clinic as a full-time Coding Analyst (Hybrid/Remote). Work alongside a collaborative team of patient-focused colleagues in our thriving Central Administration office.

Using excellent customer service and communications skills, your primary duties in this role include:
Responsible for generating and analyzing coding reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Investigates issues found through audits or reporting and ensures accurate daily entry of charge batches. Performs weekly reconciliation of inpatient charges to maintain data integrity and compliance. Generates, reviews, and analyzes coding reports to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Other duties as assigned.
Salary
Hiring range, based on experience and credentials: $29.61-$40.06 per hour.
Workdays: This role is located at Central Administration office. Hybrid/Remote work is available once training is completed and expectations are met. Typical hours are Monday-Friday, (8:00 am-5:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time (P.S.T.))
Qualifications that support success in this role are based on education, experience and values including:
AAPC certification is required. Prior project management experience is preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of Medical Industry experience is strongly preferred. Knowledge of billing in a medical clinic setting, Medicare, and other third-party reimbursement. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Excellent attendance and work ethic. Positive attitude and desire to be a team player. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians and other team members. A commitment to patient-focused care, privacy, and safety.
