We are seeking a highly motivated IT Security Administrator to join our National Intelligence Program supporting the operations, maintenance of a complex, hybrid on-premises and cloud enterprise IT environment. Responsibilities include developing security policies, managing networks, conducting security assessments, and administering user and identity management. The position is located in Bethesda, MD OR McLean, VA.

Job Responsibilities: Monitor, maintain, and configure enterprise networks and devices Develop and maintain the risk management framework Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement security policies and controls Contribute to incident response planning and post-incident analysis Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments Identify, prioritize, and address vulnerabilities, ensuring security updates Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management Stay updated on security trends, threats, and technologies Use scanning tools such as Nessus, AppDetective, etc. Create/update security documentation and policies Manage security incidents and provide root cause analysis Coordinate with system POCs for health and mitigation strategies Manage user access rights and enforce RBAC Develop continuous monitoring plans and POA&Ms Develop ATOs following NIST and RMF guides Work with IT teams to integrate security measures into system design Qualifications Required Education: 2+ years with BS, 0+ with MS Desired Education: Bachelor's in related field; additional experience considered in lieu of degree Required Experience: 3+ years with POA&Ms, 5+ years with NIST 800-53, 800-137, RMF, and security assessments, experience with cloud security, vulnerability analysis, and excellent communication skills. Desired Experience: Knowledge of cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), networking (TCP/IP, TLS) Clearance:
