Location & Flexibility
This role is based in Denver, CO, or St. Louis, MO, to foster our deep culture of collaboration.
The Opportunity
We seek a dynamic leader to manage a portfolio of clients in the Telecommunications space (generally ~$10-15MM in revenue) within a global service delivery model. The leader will oversee project delivery, coach teams, and develop relationships with executives and key stakeholders, focusing on delivery success, team and client feedback, account growth, forecast accuracy, and profitability.
Responsibilities
Four key pillars of responsibilities:
Building our Company
Partner with the Global VP and practice area leaders to determine growth strategies and manage accounts.
Ensure delivery solutions support future capabilities and practice growth.
Collaborate with practice leaders and Business Development to leverage relevant qualifications for new business.
Drive teams to bring innovative ideas and growth opportunities.
Identify areas to add value, such as training, delivery playbook contributions, etc.
Lead organizational change and business transformation initiatives.
Focusing on Customers
Build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels, conduct quarterly reviews, and communicate progress and value.
Proactively share industry insights and best practices.
Oversee delivery work, mitigate risks, and strengthen client trust.
Leading our Market
Uphold contractual obligations.
Manage stakeholder relationships to influence positive business outcomes.
Deliver presentations and workshops showcasing TELUS Digital's impact.
Identify new client opportunities and prioritize solutions.
Developing our People
Engage with teams to understand work and drive performance.
Provide management, coaching, and career development guidance.
Offer real-time feedback and mentorship.
Partner with practice leaders to identify growth capabilities.
Build high-performing, diverse teams with shared purpose.
Competencies
10+ years of leadership experience in Telecommunications service delivery and client management.
Bachelor's degree or MBA in relevant fields.
Proven success in team collaboration and client success.
Track record of operational excellence and results delivery.
Experience with Enterprise Telecom systems (e.g., Netcracker, AWS for Telecom).
Hands-on with open-source platforms and order management systems.
Familiar with reporting tools like Domo, Jira, Tableau.
Strong understanding of digital transformation and emerging technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with execution focus.
Ability to lead high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with diverse, global teams.

Annual Performance Bonus
Eligible for an annual bonus based on personal, division, and company performance. Salary ranges are indicative and based on various factors such as experience and qualifications. Salary bands are reviewed regularly to ensure market competitiveness and pay equity.
Annual Base Salary Range (Performance Bonus Eligible): $168,000 - $210,000 USD
