About the Role Join our Data & AI team to design, develop, and deploy innovative analytics and AI solutions that solve real-world business problems. You’ll work with stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to turn data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and propose analytics solutions. • Design and implement solutions including report automation, advanced analytics, and AI engines. • Work with data engineers to source, integrate, and prepare data from multiple systems. • Explore, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data. • Build, deploy, and optimize machine learning/deep learning models. • Create interactive dashboards for reporting and decision-making. • Design and deliver Generative AI applications (e.g., GPT-enabled chatbots). • Experiment with new AI methods to enhance efficiency and performance. Requirements • Bachelor’s in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. • Strong programming skills in Python or Spark. • Solid understanding of data science concepts and statistical/machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, random forest, boosting, text mining, network analysis). • Experience in deep learning (e.g., computer vision, NLP). • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Good to Have • Experience with Generative AI, LLM applications, or Microsoft Azure/LangChain.
