Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative

Senior Manager of Brand & Local Restaurant Marketing

to develop, manage, and execute brand marketing strategies aligned with our growth goals. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will enhance our marketing programs, with a focus on increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. A key responsibility includes evolving and optimizing our existing LRM Community Ambassador program.

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in market trends, guest data, and a passion for crafting effective marketing campaigns to reach and expand our target audience.

Duties & Responsibilities

Functional Leadership & Management

Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, ultimately driving sales growth.

Develop and maintain the annual marketing calendar, including promotions, holidays, LTOs, menu changes, and community events.

Manage and develop remote Community Ambassadors to support Local Restaurant Marketing initiatives, enhancing sales revenue. Continuously improve these programs for better results.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, presenting findings monthly to the CEO.

Collaborate with the CEO to develop quarterly and annual marketing strategies and budgets to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Leverage customer data to optimize marketing ROI.

Manage freelance graphic designers, oversee marketing collateral, advertising, menus, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with strategy.

Maintain and reconcile the marketing budget.

Promotions & Menu Innovation

Create promotional campaigns to boost sales and guest engagement.

Partner with culinary and beverage teams for menu innovation opportunities.

Oversee semi-annual menu pricing, design, and updates.

Coordinate with Digital Marketing and Community Ambassadors to ensure timely and impactful campaign execution.

Communicate regularly with teams about marketing activities.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, public relations, communications, hospitality management, or related field.

At least 5 years of proven marketing experience.

Minimum 3 years of LRM experience in a multi-unit restaurant setting.

Experience leading a team of Local Restaurant Marketers and/or Community Ambassadors.

Strong budget and timeline management skills.

Proven track record with examples of marketing campaigns personally created and executed.

Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and vehicle insurance waiver if using personal vehicle.

Ability to travel up to 30%.

This position is based in our New Orleans, LA office.
