Healthy Planet Systems Specialist

Healthy Planet Application Analyst Opportunity The role involves supporting the design, build, and testing of the Healthy Planet system, as well as analyzing technical issues associated with Epic and other connected software. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the development, deployment, and maintenance of the Healthy Planet application Investigate and resolve technical problems related to Epic and integrated systems Collaborate closely with project leaders and subject matter experts to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration Establish strong working relationships with Epic counterparts Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent clinical certification 3-7 years of experience, contingent on level (I, II, or III) Proficiency in one or more Epic modules, including Healthy Planet Experience in population health management and value-based care Desirable Qualifications: Ability to learn new software and systems efficiently Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
