Vice President – Fraud Management

Vice President – Fraud Management Placer County & Sacramento County Region, CA • Full-Time Executive Leadership Lead the Fight Against Financial Fraud Join one of the region’s most respected financial institutions as VP, Fraud Management, and take charge of the bank’s proactive defense strategy. You’ll lead fraud prevention, detection, investigation, and recovery efforts—protecting customers and the organization from evolving threats while delivering exceptional service. What You’ll Do: Direct daily fraud operations and long-term risk mitigation strategies. Optimize fraud detection tools, systems, and investigative processes. Oversee investigations into account takeovers, scams, mule activity, and payment fraud. Drive recovery efforts to minimize loss and maximize fund retrieval. Collaborate with Compliance, BSA/AML, IT Security, and business units. What We’re Looking For: 7+ years in banking, with at least 5+ years in fraud risk management. Proven leadership in fast-paced financial services environments. Deep understanding of fraud typologies and regulatory requirements. Strong skills in fraud detection software, data analysis, and case management.
