If you are customer focused, enjoy building relationships and providing financial advice to your clients, then a role as a Business Relationship Manager is for you. As a Business Relationship Manager Senior (BRM) Deepening banker in Business Banking, you'll be managing a portfolio of large profitable business clients with annual revenue greater than ~$5MM. You'll focus on deposit acquisition, product deepening, client retention and growth, and gaining referrals to increase primary bank share. As a Senior Deepening banker, you will provide a high-touch experience by building relationships and providing financial advice with a focus on client experience and risk management while deepening existing relationships and leveraging referrals to acquire new relationships. Job Responsibilities

Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of approximately 80-100 business clients with annual revenue greater than ~$5 million; provide business deposit and cash management solutions and manage business credit opportunities up to approximately $15 million; support branch-based business bankers on sizeable credit deals as needed. Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients by providing comprehensive and customized business banking solutions tailored to their financial needs. Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify, recommend, and promote solutions that serve the client and ensure portfolio profitability. Leverage knowledge of diverse businesses, industries, markets, and financial concepts, utilizing Chase resources to develop networks and prospects. Conduct regular in-person or virtual calls with clients, referrals, and centers of influence to cultivate long-term relationships. Understand the personal financial goals and needs of business owners. Partner with Branch, Wealth Management, and Private Bank to deliver personal financial solutions. Utilize knowledge of treasury products and collaborate with specialists to onboard clients and deliver comprehensive solutions, following up post-account opening. Follow sound risk management protocols, control policies, and adhere to regulatory requirements. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Business Banking Relationship Management or related lending experience. Strong knowledge of deposit, cash management, and business credit underwriting with commercial credit training. Use judgment to offer tailored solutions, monitor market trends, and proactively address client needs. Build relationships, communicate effectively, influence outcomes, and leverage technology for client interactions. Manage workload efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Be proactive, creative, and navigate ambiguity with sound judgment. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent experience, and managing clients with revenue >10MM. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.
