Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Advise and oversee Restaurant Leaders (Front of House and Heart of House Managers) and the restaurant Office Assistant.
Attract, develop, and retain restaurant leadership.
Ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout the restaurant.
Develop next-level restaurant leaders.
Partner with the Sales Manager to grow group dining sales, execute events, and monitor staffing and yield for each reservation.
Implement the Manager in Development Program for new managers in training.
Work with Talent Acquisition to communicate promotion opportunities and extend offer letters.
Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain brand consistency in service and product quality.
Review guest feedback, identify trends, and develop improvement plans.
Master and ensure execution of Guest Ready routines across all shifts and timeframes.
Achieve revenue targets by forecasting and addressing revenue gaps.
Stay informed about local and industry dining trends.
Oversee the restaurant's operational and financial success.
Participate in Facilities Maintenance by evaluating and submitting repair requests promptly.
Meet annual EBITDA targets.
Ensure safety for guests and employees.
Education, Experience & Travel Requirements
Minimum of 5 years in restaurant operations, with 3 years of churrasco and churrascaria cuisine knowledge preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable. A combination of experience and education will be considered.
Proficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation.
Occasional travel required.
Physical Demands
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and possess high endurance and mental resilience to manage conflicts and high-stress situations.

This position offers a pay range starting at $85,000 and up to $125,000, depending on relevant experience.
