Project Manager Location:

Hybrid - Washington, DC Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans and schedules, manage project documentation, coordinate logistics and meetings with key stakeholders, and produce project progress reports and visuals for senior management updates. Maintain project plans, documentation, and track logistics and meetings to ensure the project stays on time and within budget. Manage status reports for governance teams and senior leaders, providing regular updates for VPs through monthly reports and meetings. Ensure strong documentation and tracking of project activities. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and team members. Utilize tools and technologies such as ADO, Excel, MS Project, and SharePoint. Coordinate efforts across multiple groups and teams, including migrations and system setups, managing various moving parts. Qualifications

Experience in project management, with strong documentation and communication skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. PMP certification is a plus, but not mandatory; relevant certifications are desirable.
