What you will do
Join Volvo Group Digital & IT and lead, innovate, and shape the future of transport solutions! We are seeking a skilled, well-rounded, and motivated Full-Stack Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in building and handling integrations at scale in a modular fashion, with a strong understanding of MVVM architecture to encourage separation of concerns and a clean, modular architecture. A few responsibilities include: Lead the design and development of new software features and functionalities in collaboration with the product owner, data analyst, and architecture team, with a strong emphasis on user experience, scalability, and performance optimization to ensure that the final product meets both business objectives and user needs effectively. Write clean, testable, scalable code using .NET programming languages. Develop complex detailed front-end application designs. Identify and communicate technical risks, and propose mitigation actions. Participate in estimation and planning of development, deployment, and operation activities. Ensure compliance with relevant IT services processes, methods, and business processes. Work in an Agile/Scrum environment. Able to design, develop, and test integrations end-to-end. Capacity to identify patterns in data and develop software constructs to handle those patterns. Who are you?

In this role, you will bring: Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of full-stack development experience on large-scale enterprise applications. Experience working with ASP.NET MVC using C# and front-end technologies like React, Angular, or Blazor. Good understanding of domain-driven design and clean architecture. Extensive experience with SQL for data querying and extraction. Familiarity with core Azure concepts and storage types like Storage Accounts and Key Vaults. Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Working knowledge of JavaScript, Apollo Server, and general software development. Knowledge of core React principles including component-based architecture, state and props management, and lifecycle methods. Experience with React Hooks and testing React components with mocks, stubs, and spies. Familiarity with modern frontend tooling like Vite and Webpack. Understanding of SOLID principles. A growth mindset, resilience, and adaptability to change. Motivation to contribute to team success and share knowledge through mentorship. Nice to have:
Experience with Neo4j Aura or Desktop Graph database systems, including Cypher. Experience with Databricks Lakehouse architecture, Notebook management, Dataframes, and Neo4j Spark connector. Strong Python programming skills, including scripting, data handling, and automation. Whats in it for you?
