Provide dynamic leadership at the enterprise level related to vast quantities of data (including disparate data), enterprise analytics, statistical modeling, reporting projects, and initiatives.
Essential Functions
Leads staff in the most advanced descriptive, initial concept to fully tested production, and communicates results to a broad range of audiences.
Expert use of current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations for management, based on an understanding of the business model and available information.
Utilizes data, statistical, and quantitative analysis, explanatory and high-complexity predictive modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision-making.
Mentors less senior staff, leads cross-functional teams, and manages multiple complex assignments.
Provides routine consultation to senior leadership.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Master's degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline is required.
Minimum Experience
Proven expertise with at least nine (9) years of experience in measurement and analysis, business problem solving, solutions implementation, operations and marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analytics.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Superior analytical skills across diverse data types and statistical software.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Proven leadership capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience influencing insights and analytics professionals.
Experience with machine learning and AI tools.
Advanced modeling skills.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as SQL, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Databricks, and dbt.
Pay Transparency
This compensation range provides a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary across potential locations. Actual pay is determined by experience, market factors, location, and other relevant factors. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay Range
$9,208.38/month - $20,872.33/month
Additional Details
This position can be located anywhere within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Some travel to FedEx locations may be required.
