Liaise with clients to monitor and control cost, time, and quality, ensuring project deadlines are met. Coordinate with subcontractors for drawings, submissions, completion letters, and delivery processes. Perform and monitor project budgeting and expenditure control. Ensure compliance with building contractual terms and relevant Singapore laws. Manage site operations, conduct coordination meetings, and oversee safety compliance. Requirements: Diploma or Degree Qualification from recognized institution Relevant experience in renovation project management and coordination Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and interior design drawings.
