What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead clients through the implementation, optimization, and enhancement of their Epic EHR system - Collaborate with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and stakeholders to improve workflows and patient care outcomes - Conduct system testing and validation to maintain functionality and data integrity - Identify opportunities for system optimization to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction - Provide high-level consulting services remotely and on-site as needed
What is Required (Qualifications): - Certified in Epic Resolute Patient Billing (PB) applications with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in implementing Epic systems in healthcare settings - Proven project management skills with experience in Resolute PB applications and workflow design - Willingness and ability to travel weekly (typically Monday through Thursday) - Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) preferred - Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with Epic Benefits Engine, Financial Assistance, and Estimates - Familiarity with Epic Wisdom implementation
