Working location: 3 Pickering Street Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) JOB DESCRIPTION Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Source, screen, and shortlist top talent through job portals, networking, and referrals Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for job roles Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to offer negotiations Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to create long-term partnerships Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent Stay updated on industry hiring trends and emerging talent acquisition technologies Provide insights on workforce planning and recruitment analytics Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same!
