Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP is seeking a passionate and experienced associate with 4-6 years of complex litigation experience to join our innovative Litigation Business Unit. We are focused on finding an associate that would be located in

New York, Washington, D.C., Boston, Houston, Seattle or any California office

but are open to other locations. This role involves handling complex disputes across a diverse range of industries. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and creative, possessing exceptional interpersonal and writing skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Our team is engaged with a dynamic pipeline of exciting and fast-paced cases, including complex commercial, product liability, energy (renewable and traditional), and mass tort lawsuits. Responsibilities

Handle complex disputes across various industries. Work independently and as part of a team to manage cases. Engage in legal research, depositions, court appearances, mediations, and client interactions. Qualifications

4-6 years of complex litigation experience. Strong academic credentials. Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills. Membership in the State Bar of the desired office location is preferred. How to Apply

The salary range is $310,000 to $390,000, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, mental well-being, family care, disability, parental leave, health savings, flexible spending, 401K, and paid time off.
