Your role as a Store Manager : Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience tailored to their hair and beauty needs. Meet or exceed sales goals by overseeing store operations, managing budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and handling inventory. Protect customers, staff, and assets by enforcing safety, security, and company policies. Maintain a visually appealing store environment. Qualifications : At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience. Operational, financial, and performance management experience. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required. Self-motivated with a passion for learning, developing, and educating others. Must be 18 years or older. Passion for hair and beauty.
