Roger Williams University seeks a Program Director for Trades, Logistics, and Manufacturing to lead and develop innovative educational programs. The successful candidate will report to the Dean of the Extension School and will be responsible for administrative duties, program development, student recruitment, and community engagement. Responsibilities include: Organizing work of adjuncts and instructors, managing resources, and ensuring timely record-keeping. Developing and promoting curriculum and programs, establishing industry and community partnerships, and representing the program externally. Supervising course scheduling, staffing, and instructional quality, as well as advising students on academic and career goals. Participating in faculty recruitment, training, and program assessment activities. Qualifications: Master's degree. Three to five years of experience in business or professional education.
