JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Minimum 9 years of litigation or advisory experience as an attorney. Traditional labor experience preferred. Experience in federal and/or California advice and counsel work preferred. CA Bar Admission required. Understanding of current state and federal agency enforcement techniques preferred. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications
Admission to the California Bar. Skills
Excellent attention to detail. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
