What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Build, enhance, and maintain Airtable bases to support IT functions such as Asset Management and Incident Management - Analyze and transition existing IT workflows into efficient Airtable-based systems - Implement automation and integration solutions using Airtable, scripting, and APIs - Provide Tier support for Airtable applications and create documentation for IT staff - Build integrations between Airtable and corporate SaaS platforms, capturing feedback for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications): - 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, technical operations, or internal tools development - Proven experience building Airtable solutions using automations and AI features - Hands-on experience implementing AI for automation, including generative AI - Skilled in scripting (Python, JavaScript) and using APIs for SaaS tool integration - Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems such as Google Workspace and Slack - Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and managing multiple initiatives - Detail-oriented approach with a passion for driving operational efficiency through technology
